We strive to dispatch orders on time. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high parcel volumes, staff shortages, severe weather conditions, or industrial actions.
If your delivery is late, please:
- Verify the shipping address: Ensure the address provided is correct, as errors can lead to delays.
- Track your parcel: Use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel’s status on Evri’s tracking page.
- Check Evri’s service updates: Visit Evri’s service status page for information on any regional delays.
In the event of delivery issues, undelivered parcels are typically returned to us. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery or provide a refund.
Christmas and Holidays
We are closed on all UK bank and public holidays. From Christmas Eve until the New Year, we operate a limited service. Please order early during the festive season, as postal delays are common due to increased demand and potential staffing shortages.
Evri Service Disruptions
During periods of high demand or adverse conditions, Evri may experience delays outside of our control.
