You can request a refund/exchange within 60-days for any subscription purchase. To request a refund, send us a message with your order number, email and reason for return, and we will arrange a return. Once we receive your item, we will refund you.
If your subscription is due soon but has not been billed yet, you can cancel the subscription yourself using the Accounts Page by clicking on the button shown highlighted in red in the screenshot below:
